Pricing

There is no one-size-fits-all estate plan. No matter your family size or financial situation, your estate plan should meet your current needs and remain flexible if anything changes in the future. We work together with our clients to design fully customized plans with understandable terms and affordable pricing. Our pricing listed below is intended to convey the general price you can expect for most packages. Please note that in some circumstances, your needs may require additional services that are not included. We will never surprise you with fees and all final pricing will be upfront and discussed prior to document creation. We operate on a flat-rate basis and never charge you for extra hours worked. We also offer Zelle, cash and check discounts as well as discounts for military/veterans, first responders, and teachers.

Package 1 – The Trust Based Package

The Trust-Based Package – Includes lifetime free revisions as your needs and circumstances change.

This is the most comprehensive package and allows for the greatest protection for your family and avoids much of the time and expense of probate. This package includes a will, commonly used trust documents, full children’s package, and full health-care package.

Add-ons of Elder Care Estate Planning and Special Needs Estate Planning are available.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Revocable Living Trust
The central hub of your estate plan with provisions for the management, control, and distribution of your assets during life and after death.

Your final wishes for your dependents and arrangements, with specific references to the details outlined in your Trust. Also used as a back-up in case any of your assets were left out of your trust.

Provide this document to third parties in place of a copy of your Trust. This contains a summary of key provisions from your Trust, but does not reveal other personal details.

Written directions for you to follow to title or transfer assets in the name of your Trust.
Assign someone to manage your personal and business responsibilities if you are incapacitated or away.
This set of documents includes your Designation of Healthcare Surrogate, Living Will, HIPAA forms, Organ Donation form, and Directions for Disposition of Remains
Provides flexibility for changing personal property wishes in a will; for real estate this is a synopsis of the trust document and contains key trust details but omits sensitive information you wouldn’t want publicly filed.
A listing of assets that you hold in the Trust that are subject to the provisions of the Trust. This can be easily updated as you add or remove Trust assets.

A set of documents in which you name multiple temporary and permanent guardians for your kids, provide directions to first responders and medical professionals about your kids, and express detailed directives to the guardians and caretakers of your kids.

All estate planning packages are delivered in an organized binder for your family’s convenience.

Along with a physical paper copy, all of your executed estate planning documents are provided to you in a digital format in the event you need to print a backup.

BENEFITS

Average price is $1,900 for single individuals/$3,600 for couples (additional discount of $25/$50 for anyone paying by Zelle, cash, or check and additional discount for military/veterans, first responders, and teachers. Pricing for a trust is very fact-specific.  Your needs may allow for a discounted price, or they may be more complex.  There are many types of Living Trusts, not all will be suited for your situation.  We will discuss all options before any commitment. 

Package 2 – The Wills-Based Package

The Wills-Based Package – Includes lifetime free revisions as your needs and circumstances change.

This is an estate plan where probate avoidance is not desired. A Will-Based Estate Plan lays out your final wishes for the distribution of your assets and payment of taxes and expenses after you pass away.

This package also includes a will, children’s package, and health-care package.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Last Will and Testament
A Last Will & Testament lays out what you want to happen to your assets after you pass away.
Assign someone to manage your personal and business responsibilities if you are incapacitated, but living. Does not work if you pass away.
This set of documents includes your Designation of Healthcare Surrogate, Living Will, HIPAA forms, Organ Donation form, and Directions for Disposition of Remains.

Average price is $950 for single individuals/$1,750 for couples (additional discount for military/veterans, first responders, and teachers).  A simple will (meaning a will that has one or two people inheriting property without any special arrangements may be cheaper.  A more involved will with extra planning could be more).

Package 3 – The Children’s Package

The Children’s Package (as a stand-alone package) - Includes lifetime free revisions as your needs and circumstances change.

With our Children’s Package, you can specify who you want to look after your minor children, without having to complete your Last Will.
This plan is included for free in all our Trust Packages and Wills Packages but is also available as a stand-alone option. The stand-alone package is a great solution for parents who are not quite ready to start their entire Estate Plan, but still want to make sure their kids are looked after by someone they know and trust.
This plan allows you to name multiple temporary and permanent guardians for your kids, provide directions to first responders and medical professionals about your kids, and express detailed directives to the guardians and caretakers of your kids.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Nomination of Long-term Guardian
Choose the people you trust to permanently care for your minor children in your absence.
Choose the people you trust to temporarily care for your minor children if something should happen to you and your long-term guardian is not reachable. This would include a trusted neighbor, friend or family member.
Provide the Clerk of Court with a copy of your desired permanent guardians in the event a guardianship proceeding is required.
Choose the people you trust to make medical decisions for your minor child if you are unable to do so, including HIPAA forms.
Provide the healthcare surrogate of your minor child with directions on the medical needs of your minor child.
Provide the permanent guardian with directions on how you want your minor child cared for in your absence.
Let your minor child’s babysitter know what to do in the event of an emergency.
Prevent unwanted people from ever serving as the guardian or your minor child.
Carry this card in your wallet to let first responders know you have minor children and who is authorized to care for them in your absence.
Along with a physical paper copy, all of your executed estate planning documents are provided to you in a digital format in the event you need to print a backup.

Package 4 – Healthcare Package

The Healthcare Package (as a stand-alone package)

With our Healthcare Package, you specify your healthcare wishes and designate trusted decision-makers in the event of your incapacitation. These documents ensure your personal medical and financial affairs are managed according to your preference and are critical in case of a health emergency or a chronic illness.

This plan is included for free in all our Trust Packages and Wills Packages but is available as a stand-alone option. The stand-alone package is a great solution for people who may not be ready to create a wills or trust plan, already have a wills and trust plan, or need to update their existing healthcare estate plan and want the assurance of knowing that all their medical wishes covered.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Advanced Directive/Living Will
Outlines your instructions for medical treatments, such as life-sustaining care (e.g., artificial nutrition, hydration, or CPR) and organ donation, should you become terminally ill or permanently unconscious and unable to communicate.
Designates a trusted person to make healthcare decisions on your behalf if you are incapacitated. This agent has the authority to hire medical personnel, choose providers, and ensure your wishes are followed. This document works when you are incapacitated, but alive. It does not work when you have passed away.
Designates a trusted person to make financial decisions on your behalf if you are incapacitated. You can limit this authority to a specific amount or specific purposes. This document works when you are incapacitated, but alive. It does not work when you have passed away.
Choose the people you trust to have access to your medical records so they can make informed care decisions.
This set of documents includes your Organ Donation form, and Directions for Disposition of Remains.
Carry this card in your wallet to let first responders know you have healthcare directives and how to find them.

Average Price is $400 for a single individual and $500 for a couple.

Package 5 – Elder Care Package

Our Elder Care Package (available as an add-on to the Wills or Trusts Package or stand-alone) includes lifetime free revisions as your needs and circumstances change.

This package assists seniors and their families in making the tough decisions regarding long-term care planning.

This package is available as a stand-alone package or as an add-on to the wills or trusts package and includes:

Average price as an add-on to the wills or trust package is $600 for single individuals and $900 for couples.  For a stand-alone package, we will need to understand your specific needs in order to give an accurate assessment and pricing. 

Package 6 – Special Needs Package

Special Needs Package (Available as an add-on to the Wills or Trusts Package, or stand-alone) and includes lifetime free revisions as your needs and circumstances change.

Special Needs Estate Planning can help ensure that children and adults with special needs are protected for the future, whether that means planning ahead for their education, their future living needs, or their eligibility for government assistance programs.

This package is available as a stand-alone package or as an add-on to the trusts or wills package and includes:

Average price as an add-on to a Wills package is $600 for single individuals and $700 for couples.  Pricing as a stand-alone Trust package is highly fact specific and will depend on your individual needs. 

Package 7- LLC Full-service Package

Our LLC Full-service package allows you to sit back and let us take care of all the details of setting up your LLC as well as provides you the peace of mind of knowing you understand your future filing requirements, obligations to keep your personal assets shielded from your business risks, as well as qualified legal advice regarding your choice of business entity.

Average price: $300 per LLC plus any state-required fees or registered agent fees
