Brannon Hayes
Director of Operations
Brannon Hayes is an accomplished professional with a dual Master’s degree in Public Administration and Administration of Justice. He serves as the Director of Operations and Legal Case Manager at Secure Futures Estate Planning Law, leveraging over 10 years of managerial experience to oversee the firm’s fiscal management and client-related planning. His expertise spans financial forecasting, risk management, community engagement, client management, and business planning.
A former Division I college athlete, Brannon brings the same discipline, teamwork, and leadership from the field into his professional endeavors, ensuring all clients are satisfied. He is responsible for the firm’s overall client services operations.
Don’t let his 6’8 height intimidate you, Brannon is a people-person, who builds strong relationships with clients, helping them achieve their goals and ensuring open communication every step of the way. He is committed to clients receiving the highest level of support, whether their needs are small or complex.
Brannon is also an in-house certified notary public and will travel to wherever it is convenient for the client to accomplish their goals.
Prior to Secure Futures Estate Planning Law, Brannon’s work experience included supervising all operations and administrative functions for non-profit agencies that provided critical services to the Greater Houston area, including impactful job fairs, education, food drives, and initiatives that connected individuals with meaningful opportunities and essential resources.
Brannon’s role enabled him to partner with the City of Houston in multi-tiered projects. He was even recognized by former Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner for his seamless organization and implementation of Turnaround Houston Initiatives to impoverished communities in partnership with the Office of Business Opportunity.
Brannon’s commitment to the community is ongoing. He believes that businesses have a responsibility to give back to the community, and sustainability is about adding to the greater good. To that end, he tirelessly works to spearhead Secure Futures Estate Planning Law’s educational and pro bono affairs, coordinating free workshop events as well as special no-cost document days to those that need assistance. In his free time, Brannon enjoys spending time with his daughters and rooting for his favorite teams…Go Cowboys!
